The 1^st Mini-Workshop for Physics of Ions: Frontiers and Application will take place in Lanzhou University, Lanzhou, Gansu, China, on 26^th of July, 2018.

The aim of this workshop is to bring together both experimental and theoretical experts working on the physics of ion for the frontiers and fundamentals all over the world. Talks and discussions will be given on the frontiers and application of ion physics.

Topics for presentations and discussions are as follows:

Physics of ion beams; Heavy ion spectroscopy; Physics of Ion Collisions.
